飼料顆粒機的用料操作細節流程

　　造粒前添加不應超過生產的百分之3，否則會導致球團疏松，這種脂肪/油的添加并不適用于擠壓飼料球團的生產，但對加工設備的技術要求較低。造粒后油脂的添加量可達百分之8，即所謂的脂肪/油涂層，在不影響顆粒固體性的情況下提高了生產效率，有利于生產擠壓動物飼料，并具有較高的設備標準。

　　The addition of this kind of fat / oil should not exceed 3% of the production before granulation, otherwise it will lead to the loosening of pellets. The addition of fat / oil is not suitable for the production of extruded feed pellets, but the technical requirements for processing equipment are low. After granulation, the amount of oil can reach 8%, that is, the so-called fat / oil coating improves the production efficiency without affecting the solids of particles, is beneficial to the production of extruded animal feed, and has a higher equipment standard.
